How long is the Holiday Park open?
We are open 12 months of the year for holiday use. Return to FAQ list
Is residential use of the lodge/caravan allowed?
Residential use of the ledge/caravan is not allowed under any circumstances. We are strictly a holiday park. Owners need a permanent address elsewhere. Return to FAQ list
Can I stay for long periods in my holiday lodge/caravan?
Yes, you can use your holiday lodge/caravan as much as you wish. Return to FAQ list
Do you allow sub–letting?
No, sub–letting is not permitted. However, family members are welcome as long as we are notified prior to their stay. As the lodge/caravan owner, you are Required to be present during their stay and are responsible for their behaviour whilst on the park. Return to FAQ list
Do I have have my own parking?
Yes, you have parking off road for a maximum of two motor vehicles as per site rules. Return to FAQ list
Does the park flood?
No, the park is located well above any flood plain, on eveated ground. Return to FAQ list
Are pets allowed?
Yes, cats and dogs are allowed but must be controlled at all times and all excrement must be cleaned up and disposed of correctly. A maximum of 2 animals are permitted per lodge/caravan. Return to FAQ list
Do you allow BBQs?
Yes, BBQs are allowed but must be gas operated. We reserve the right to prohibit them for fire and safety purposes. Return to FAQ list
Is there mobile phone coverage on the park?
The park has coverage for the majority of networks. Return to FAQ list
Is there any security on the park?
Yes, the park has a barrier system at the entrance. All owners are have their number programmed into the system and you just call to go on and off the park. In addition, 24 hour recorded CCTV is in operation and the park owners live on site and monitor the park. Return to FAQ list
Is there a shop on the site?
No, but Ledbury is only a short distane from the park. Ledbury offers various local businesses along with 24 hour supermarkets and garage facilities. Return to FAQ list
Do you have a club on the site?
No, but we are situated next door to the Trumpet Inn, which serves food and beverages. Alexandra Park, with its golf course, gym and swimming pool, is only a short distance from Pixley End Country Park. Return to FAQ list
What about insurance?
All holiday lodges/caravans must be fully insured. We will need a copy of the policy annually, for our records. Return to FAQ list
How long can I keep my holiday home at the park?
We guarantee tenure for lodges/caravans from new for twenty–five years. We reserve the right to extend this if required. Return to FAQ list
What happens to my holiday home in the winter months?
If your lodge/caravan is not being used during the winter months, it is our advice to drain down your system. If you are unable to do this yourself, we have numbers for local plumbers who would carry this out at a cost to you. Return to FAQ list
Can I play music outside my lodge/caravan?
Yes, as long as it is at a level which doesn't disturb other lodge/caravan owners. After 9pm you may only play music inside your lodge/caravan and it must not be audible from outside. Return to FAQ list
